🐾 Royal Bloodline Canines – Pickup & Transportation Information 🐾
With several exciting litters due right around the corner, we wanted to take a moment to share our pickup and transportation policies so families can plan ahead!
🏡 Home Visits
For the safety and privacy of our family, children, and dogs, we no longer allow pickups or visits at our home. We appreciate your understanding and support of this policy.
📍 Meeting Locations
• We are happy to meet families within 2 hours of our home at no additional charge.
• Our preferred airport is Columbia Regional Airport (COU).
• We are also happy to meet at St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) at no additional charge.
• Kansas City International Airport (MCI) requires a $100 transportation fee due to travel time, mileage, and current road construction, as it is now over two hours from us, unless otherwise discussed.
✈️ Flight Nanny & Ground Transportation
For families who are unable to pick up their puppy in person, we work with trusted flight nannies and reputable ground transporters.
Flight nanny fees typically range from $600–$900, depending on your destination and how far in advance transportation is booked. Airline ticket prices generally increase as the travel date gets closer, so we strongly encourage scheduling your flight nanny or ground transportation as early as possible.
Please keep in mind that weather, airline delays, or other unforeseen circumstances can occasionally affect flight nanny and ground transportation schedules. While we do everything we can to help coordinate your puppy’s journey, these situations are unfortunately outside of our control.
🐶 Going Home Day
Our puppies never leave our care before 8 weeks of age. Before going to their new homes, each puppy receives a thorough veterinary examination to ensure they are healthy and ready for their journey.
📋 Health Certificates
If your puppy is traveling out of state with a flight nanny or ground transporter, a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (Health Certificate) will be required. These certificates are only valid for 7–10 days, depending on the transportation method, so they must be scheduled carefully to coincide with your puppy’s travel date.
⏰ Pickup Timeline
We ask that puppies be picked up or have transportation arranged within 10 days of their ready-to-go date, unless otherwise discussed. After that time, boarding is available for $25 per day.
